Abstract

Uchida paper folding machine AeroFold Plus can fold up to SRA3 size of various types of papers such as offset, coated, digital printed papers etc. by its belt suction feeding system. Paper weight up to 160 gsm. (up to 230 gsm for single fold) / Paper size up to 330(W) x488(L) mm. / Folding speed up to 18,000 sheets/hour. (Single fold)

FUNCTION

1- Perforation mode lamp: Indicates when the optional perforating unit is installed.

2- Cleaning lamp: Indicates when cleaning FEED section (bel, roller) is necessary.

It lights every 10,000 sheets fed.

3- Check lamp: Inndicates when paper is empty, or the location of paper feed trouble .

4- Interval Key: Sets time of interval between the batches.

5- Paper length input mode key: For inputting and indicating out of standard size paper.

6-Memory 1/2/3 key : Three irregular folding types can be input and stored.

7- Store Key: To store adjusted positions.

8- Double feed detection: To activate/ inactivate double feed detection.
